Important:
We cannot guarantee complete stain removal or perfect restoration in every situation. Some stains, odors, discoloration, damage, or wear may be permanent.

For flooring and installation services, hidden issues such as uneven subfloors, moisture damage, wall irregularities, or structural conditions may require additional labor or materials not included in the original estimate.

Estimates & Pricing

All estimates provided by BASI Luxe Business are approximations based on the information provided by the client.

Final pricing may change after on-site inspection or if additional work is required.

Prices may vary based on:

No additional work will be performed without client approval.

Scheduling & Access

By scheduling an appointment, the client agrees to provide safe and reasonable access to the property and service areas.

Clients are responsible for:

  • Removing fragile or valuable items

  • Securing pets

  • Providing access to water and electricity when necessary

  • Ensuring an adult (18+) is present during the appointment if required

If we are unable to access the property or perform the service due to circumstances outside our control, a cancellation or trip fee may apply.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We understand schedules change.

  • Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the appointment may be rescheduled without charge.

  • Same-day cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee.

  • BASI Luxe Business reserves the right to reschedule appointments due to weather, equipment issues, emergencies, or unforeseen circumstances.

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Satisfaction Policy

Due to the nature of cleaning and installation services, BASI Luxe Business does not guarantee:

  • Complete stain removal

  • Exact color restoration

  • Odor elimination in all cases

  • Perfection on damaged or worn materials

Limitation of Liability

BASI Luxe Business is not responsible for:

  • Pre-existing damage

  • Loose flooring, fragile materials, or defective surfaces

  • Manufacturer defects

  • Wear and tear

  • Damage caused by improper prior installations or repairs

  • Natural material variations

Our maximum liability for any claim related to a service is limited to the amount paid for that specific service.

Any damage claims must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.

Safe Work Environment

We reserve the right to refuse or stop service if unsafe, hazardous, abusive, or unsanitary conditions are present.

This includes:

  • Aggressive behavior

  • Unsafe work environments

  • Hazardous materials

  • Illegal activity

We are committed to treating every client with professionalism and expect the same in return.

Intellectual Property

By sharing photos or reviews and tagging our business on social media, you grant BASI Luxe Business permission to repost that content for marketing purposes.
