How should I prepare before you arrive?

Turn on lights and open the blinds, clear the area, and remove items from the floor for best results.

To complete the service, we’ll also need access to running water, electricity, a sink, and a bathroom toilet.

*Do you guarantee all stains will be removed?

We remove most stains, but not all can be fully eliminated. Some substances can permanently damage or discolor the fibers.

Results also depend on the material and age of the fabric. Additionally, wear and tear from regular use or heavy foot traffic can affect the overall appearance, even after cleaning.

In some cases, the final outcome can only be determined during or after the cleaning process.

Do you move furniture?

We can move light furniture such as dining chairs, end tables, and nightstands, as long as they are completely cleared off.

For safety reasons, we do not move items with electronics or fragile objects, and we do not move heavy furniture such as beds, sectionals, or dressers.
