1-Price Adjustments: Quotes are based on the information provided.
If the actual condition or scope requires extra work, we’ll confirm any price adjustment with you before proceeding.
2- Payment: We accept all major credit and debit cards and Zelle. We do not accept checks.
Depending on the job, a deposit, full prepayment, or card on file may be required, as agreed before booking.
Deposits apply toward the total; any balance is due upon completion, before our team leaves.
You authorize BASI to charge your approved payment method for the remaining balance after service.
3- Cancellations: Please give 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations may forfeit your reservation fee or deposit. An additional fee may apply if we cannot access your home.
4- Customer Responsibilities: Provide access, working utilities, secure pets, prepare the home so the team can clean effectively, and disclose any fragile items, existing damage before service.
5- Biohazards & Hoarding: We do not clean blood, vomit, feces, or other bodily fluids. We also do not provide hoarding cleanup or service areas where excessive clutter prevents safe access and cleaning.
6- Supplies & Equipment: We bring all standard cleaning supplies and equipment. If you prefer that we use or avoid a specific product, please let us know in advance.
Client-provided equipment, such as vacuums, must offer performance comparable to ours.
7- Satisfaction Guarantee: Have a concern? Email our support team at go@cleaningbasi.com within 24 hours after your cleaning, including photos or videos of the areas in question. We’ll return to re-clean any verified missed areas. Refunds are not issued.
8- Photos & Videos: By booking our services, you agree to before-and-after photos or videos of the areas we clean as a required part of our service documentation, quality control, team training and marketing with no identifying information shown.

Organizing personal items, ongoing housekeeping or other tasks outside the checklist are not included.
